About the Role

Chevron is seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Marketing Loyalty and CRM to lead strategic marketing efforts in support of the US Retail Fuels business. This role is pivotal in shaping customer behavior and driving business impact for the Retail Fuels sector. The position involves leading loyalty, partnerships, payments, and retailer/marketer initiatives, managing brand and site image, and setting the long-term vision for integrated marketing, CRM, and data-driven personalization. The role requires collaboration with Sales, Products, and Technology teams to prioritize marketing efforts, manage budgets, and own programs that drive customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Loyalty, Credit Cards, Payments, Partnerships, Site Image and Brand initiatives.
  • Own Programs & Campaigns across Brand, CRM, and Partnerships.
  • Manage Budgets & Resources with a focus on ROI and commercial impact.
  • Engage Internal and External Stakeholders at all levels, including C-Suite and external partners.
  • Inspire and mentor teams across loyalty, CRM, integrated marketing, and analytics.
  • Shape the long-term vision for customer engagement and brand growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience with a combination of marketing, sales, and programs.
  • Experience managing large-scale budgets and teams.
  • Proven success in regional and cross-sector marketing.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and digital engagement.
  • 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30-40% of the time.

Nice to Have

  • MBA or Masters degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in retail fuels, lubricants, or chemicals sectors.
  • Experience in loyalty programs and sector marketing.
