About the Role

The Head of Partnerships at Botify is responsible for building and leading the global partnership organization to expand market influence and diversify lead generation. The role involves developing strategic relationships with digital agencies, large consultancies, and cloud providers to turn partnerships into a significant source of leads and growth, supporting Botify’s AI-first search technology platform and ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build Partnership Organization Globally: Design and develop the partnership organization from a small initial footprint to a scalable structure.
  • Develop Partnerships into a true lead generation engine: Transform partnerships from collaborative efforts into active sources of leads.
  • Global Collaboration: Integrate partnerships into key go-to-market strategies.
  • Forecasting and Measurement: Develop key metrics to track partnership performance, report on progress, and forecast future results.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in designing partnership programs, including relationships with digital agencies, large consultancies, and hyper-scalers such as GCP and AWS.
  • Experience in designing commercial relationships, including product packaging and deal registration processes.
  • Ability to design organizational structures and tech stacks to support partners, including partner enablement, sales, and marketing.
  • Key collaboration experience with Sales/Account Management, Marketing, Product, Services, and Revenue Operations teams.
  • Experience in defining commercial targets and key measurements for partnership activities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with cloud providers like GCP and AWS.
  • Experience in developing agency-friendly programs and community building.
  • Knowledge of the search landscape and AI-driven technology ecosystems.

Qualifications
