About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Own, define, and evangelize a compelling product vision and strategy that positions SPOTIO as the undisputed market leader and aligns directly with our company's strategic goals.
• Champion innovation across the organization, with a specific focus on leveraging AI to create "game-changing" value.
• Personally lead discovery interviews and spend significant time with customers to deeply understand their business and uncover their most pressing unmet needs.
• Translate strategy and customer insights into a proactive, data-informed product roadmap.
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from high-level strategic planning to feature prioritization, user story refinement, and launch execution alongside your team.
• Act as a key strategic partner to the CEO, President, and leadership team to ensure product, marketing, and sales are in perfect alignment.
• Attract, hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product managers and designers.
• Foster a culture of ownership, high energy, and continuous improvement that embodies our "Play to Win" value.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of product leadership experience, with a proven track record of shipping world-class B2B SaaS products in a high-growth environment.
• Proven experience scaling a B2B SaaS product organization through key growth stages (e.g., from ~$10M to $50M+ ARR).
• Deep technical fluency and a strong understanding of modern technology trends, including AI/ML integration into product strategy.
• Extensive experience leading product development in an Agile environment, including defining roadmaps, estimating feature costs, and prioritizing features.
• A passionate focus on solving real-world business problems for customers.
• An energetic and proactive leadership style with a 'player-coach' mindset, comfortable presenting to the board and working hands-on with teams.
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and contribute at every level.
