This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus. The Head of Strategic Design will lead new areas of design within the Global Commercial Enablement GTM team, responsible for scoping new ways to bring product to market through design of sales incentives, systems, and partnerships. The team is focused on setting Go-To-Market strategy, shaping priorities to accelerate business growth, and commercializing Ads products, ensuring flawless execution and operations against business outcomes and priorities. The role involves translating complex business priorities and product strategies into actionable operational frameworks and working closely with GTM and Sales executives to drive decisions among GBO leadership.
The team is analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and driving impactful initiatives across cross-functional teams.
