The Head of Workforce will join the Consulting Services team to turn strategic plans into tactical excellence and deliver high-impact workforce solutions for healthcare customers, providing strategic leadership to drive operational performance, customer satisfaction, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Workforce team to deliver against performance targets, financial metrics, and service delivery KPIs
Develop and manage a high-performing team of Managing Consultants to ensure scalable, high-quality programme execution
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive, customer-centric delivery
Drive delivery excellence by ensuring projects and programmes meet scope, budget, and timeline objectives
Act as the senior escalation point for consultants and project managers, providing resolution support and strategic guidance

Requirements

Experience leading workforce solutions, preferably within healthcare or enterprise SaaS environments
Proven success in managing complex projects and client-facing change programmes
In-depth knowledge on how to scale teams, develop consultants, and lead strategic delivery operations
Ability to commute to London or client locations as needed
Sincere interest in making healthcare safer and improving workforce performance across health systems
Ability to work collaboratively and strategically across multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
