About the Role

This role will drive consumer digital marketing efforts with the primary focus on rilzabrutinib, an innovative BTK inhibitor anticipated to launch in Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP), an autoimmune rare blood disorder. The individual will partner with cross-functional teams and agencies to create and optimize digital campaigns, align strategies with brand objectives, and manage digital marketing tactics including personalization and audience segmentation. The position is based in Cambridge, MA, reporting to the consumer marketing lead for rare hematology, within a global healthcare company committed to transforming lives through innovative treatments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of digital engagement activities to drive desired behavior change by understanding brand strengths, opportunities, challenges, and lifecycle attributes.
  • Understand and effectively integrate multiple channels to deliver cross-channel customer journeys.
  • Focus on enabling the best customer experience in every interaction.
  • Develop actionable digital measurement plans, select KPIs, and set goals, targets, and milestones aligned with business objectives.
  • Increase key performance metrics such as organic traffic, time on page, click-through rates, subscribers, form fills, and registrations.
  • Use data and insights to steer digital investments, providing recommendations based on behavioral and performance data to assess campaign lift and ROI.
  • Act as the key point person for high-profile digital initiatives and pilots, such as DigitalAccelerator.
  • Identify opportunities in the digital landscape and adapt strategies to deliver maximum impact for the brand.
  • Partner effectively within a highly matrixed environment with cross-functional teams and agency partners.
  • Be proactive, self-starter with strong communication and presentation skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industries.
  • Experience in brand/digital marketing and customer experience planning.
  • Strategic digital planning and execution skills.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels and their benefits for customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and innovations.
  • Ability to interpret digital marketing insights and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Experience in agency management and regulatory review processes.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and solution-oriented approach.
