Job Description

About the Role

As a HR Data and Reporting Analyst, you will focus on analyzing and reporting on data, providing key insights to enable strategic decision-making within the organization. You will support data-driven projects, drive report automation, and collaborate with various teams such as Total Rewards and Incentives to understand and optimize compensation and incentive plans. The role involves turning data into actionable insights, creating interactive analytical solutions, and ensuring data quality and reliability to support business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and report on data to provide key insights for decision-making and strategic controls.
  • Support data-driven projects and drive the automation of reports.
  • Collaborate with the Total Rewards team on routine and ad hoc compensation projects, identifying process improvements and data governance issues.
  • Work with the Incentives team to understand incentive plans and how they influence behaviors and align with company strategy.
  • Create and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders through discussions, presentations, and write-ups.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions and support decision-making.
  • Ensure data quality and provide feedback to process owners.
  • Use data mining techniques to analyze information from various sources to support process optimization and automation.
  • Identify source data systems, understand data issues, and resolve data-related problems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience in Data/Statistical Analysis or a similar field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Strong data and analytical skills with the ability to work with numbers and complex reports.
  • Detail-oriented, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially advanced Excel, SQL, VBA, and Visio.
  • Prior experience with Workday is strongly preferred.
  • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
