About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute marketing automation strategies and best practices for CRM work in HubSpot.
• Leverage HubSpot's CRM and marketing automation tools to drive lead generation, nurture campaigns, and customer engagement.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, landing pages, workflows, and analytics to optimize campaign performance.
• Improve conversion rates through campaign analysis and performance monitoring.
• Streamline marketing operations and ensure seamless customer journeys within HubSpot's ecosystem.
• Present strategy and results to clients and internal partners.

Requirements

• HubSpot experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns using HubSpot CRM.
• Client-facing experience, including presenting strategy and results to clients and internal teams.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Zapier.
• Available to start ASAP.

Nice to Have

• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing performance monitoring and conversion optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing campaign management.
