[Hybrid] (Senior) Marketing Program Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-departmental coordination for major marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient workflows and timely delivery of programs and projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders within the marketing team and other departments including sales, product, customer success, and people operations to ensure alignment and seamless project execution.
• Coordinate efforts of all marketing sub-teams to support new product/feature launches and interact with the Product Program Manager for alignment.
• Define, optimize, and document scalable processes for marketing execution, identifying areas for team process improvement and growth.
• Build and manage centralized project timelines, holding teams accountable for milestones and deliverables.
• Analyze, integrate, and manage program plans for complex, multi-workstream initiatives, including scope, schedules, dependencies, and resource forecasting.
• Partner with business units and functional leads to identify resourcing needs, streamline communication, and align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Lead team process improvements in Asana and Google Drive.
• Ensure all marketing teams track progress against annual and quarterly goals, facilitate goal setting and reviews.
• Facilitate project charters, kickoffs, and debriefs to improve project processes.
• Connect project details with broader strategic objectives to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Oversee the events team lead to ensure events meet desired outcomes and support company goals.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in event marketing or relevant industry experience.
• Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and Asana.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments while maintaining knowledge of diverse event needs.
• Strong customer service ethics and high standards for quality.
• Ability to work in the Woodland Hills office at least twice a week.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing complex marketing programs and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and project management software.
