The role involves working with NISC's Operations - Asset & Ticket Management products, focusing on implementing plant records, trouble ticketing applications, mobile solutions, scheduling tools, and open APIs, while managing project timelines and configuring applications to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the plant records and trouble ticketing applications within iVUE, including mobile solutions, scheduling tools, and open APIs.
  • Work with members/customers to effectively implement applications, managing project timelines and expectations.
  • Configure applications by creating or modifying interface code and application options.
  • Analyze data from the member/customer's current system to ensure proper conversion into NISC software.
  • Provide superior customer support to internal and external customers in all encounters.
  • Conduct implementation analysis and identify gaps in features and functionality in software, overseeing resolution.
  • Follow established software implementation methodologies and procedures.
  • Perform quality testing related to system integration based on assigned tasks.
  • Prepare and complete implementation documents.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting, training, and ongoing support related to implementation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Telecom/Broadband experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and other MS Office products.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Excellent research and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to interact positively with internal and external contacts.
  • Familiarity with Application Programming Interfaces (API).
  • High School diploma or equivalency required.
  • Working or educational knowledge of Broadband and/or Telecom networks.

Nice to Have

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science, MIS, IS, Business Administration, or technical degree.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalency.
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field (preferred).
