Industry X - Engineering Systems PLM Delivery Lead - Senior Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build a vision, product development, and strategic planning to help clients see their current position, challenges, trends, and opportunities.
• Work closely with Accenture and client teams, supporting the sales process from origination to closing.
• Deliver in Engineering and R&D Transformation Programs to drive innovation and process enablement for clients.
• Lead client projects as the functional/process lead in the domain of experience, translating business requirements into core functional and technical requirements.
• Support sales and solutioning in the domain of experience - PLM and Engineering.
• Develop relevant assets and offerings in PLM Enablement, Integrated BOM, Product & Engineering Master Data Management, Digital Twin, and Thread areas, liaising with managers and senior managers.
• Possess in-depth understanding of Product Data Management, PLM Processes, and Digital Thread areas, with experience in PTC, Siemens, or Dassault systems preferred.
• Co-develop cases, assets, and solutions with business teams.
• Enable transformation in R&D utilizing PLM capabilities by creating business processes for package/product design, part management, BOM management, engineering change management, document management, product structure, research, simulations, prototyping, testing, and supplier collaboration.
• Develop and manage global teams in the functional and technical PLM and engineering space.
• Deliver quality system implementations on time and within budget, understanding core implementation methodologies like Waterfall & Agile.
• Implement program management principles.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of Program Management experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience within the PLM space leading large-scale client delivery programs.
• Strong digital transformation knowledge and ability to lead client decisions (bonus).
• Strong team and client leadership and communication skills (bonus).
• Experience on multiple mid to large-scale projects involving PLM, BOM, Engineering Change Management, Master Data Management, and Digital Thread areas (bonus).
• Excellent understanding of emerging technologies in PLM Enablement, BOM, Data Management, and Digital Twin/Thread areas.
