Industry X - Engineering Systems/PLM Consulting Associate Manager - Teamcenter

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients across various industries in product development, electrical/mechanical/software development, manufacturing integration, and supply chain impacts.
• Deeply understand industry, product development, manufacturing, and supply chain challenges to identify transformation opportunities in the context of global, economic, technology, and industry trends.
• Apply strong analytical skills to assess clients' R&D and PLM capabilities to leverage Digital Thread & Twin technologies for strategic impact and business outcomes.
• Help teams identify appropriate Digital Thread & Twin strategies, capabilities, and technologies, and develop practical transformation road maps for long-term success.
• Utilize foundational and emerging technologies in areas such as environmental and regulatory compliance, product variance, bill of process, sustainability, and product service management.
• Lead teams through large Digital Thread & Twin transformation initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to position Accenture as a long-term trusted advisor and partner.
• Continuously develop expertise in business and technology strategy to reinforce Accenture's reputation as a thought leader.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience delivering PLM technical solutions using Siemens Teamcenter, including solution architecture design, system configuration, and customization.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Engineering and Manufacturing IT systems such as ERP, PLM, MES, ALM, and QMS, supporting digital thread initiatives and enterprise integration.
• Proficiency in Teamcenter to SAP (T4S) integration architecture and configuration, with experience integrating with SAP R/3 systems using IDoc and BAPI frameworks.
• Experience working with the latest Teamcenter versions (TC13, TC14, TC2312), including upgrading, validating, and leveraging new features.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years; if associate degree, then minimum 6 years).

Nice to Have

• Experience with 3D visualization, AR/VR, IoT, Blockchain, compliance, and sustainability.
• Knowledge of systems implementation methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

• Educational background includes a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years; if associate degree, then minimum 6 years).
