Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer affiliate marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with micro influencers to ensure smooth execution and adherence to campaign guidelines.
  • Identify influencers and content creators on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and more.
  • Support the recruitment and relationship management of micro influencers.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with influencers to facilitate successful partnerships.
  • Provide support to the Influencer Manager, including preparing monthly briefs, presentations, and managing documentation related to influencer campaigns.
  • Support the Senior Social Media Manager and broader social team with tasks such as platform scheduling and programming across brands.
  • Work closely with cross-departmental teams such as creative, paid digital, and brand managers to build relevant influencer campaigns.
  • Support the social media team with social platform scheduling across brands as needed.
  • Ensure alignment with broader marketing goals and product messaging with user-generated content.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer and/or affiliate marketing.
  • Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Basic understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and digital marketing trends.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment as well as independently on projects.

  • Experience with influencer partnership campaigns.
  • Experience with content creation and content scheduling.
  • Organizational skills and content management experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
