About the Role

Later is the enterprise leader in social media and influencer marketing software, services, and data, trusted by leading brands and agencies worldwide. The company enables brands to scale creator partnerships from nano to premium influencers while managing social media content and campaigns across all major social and affiliate networks. The company has partnerships with Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest, and focuses on creating high-performing content, authentic collaborations, and driving engagement and ROI for marketers. This position is specifically for Northeastern University Co-Op students, with a term from January to June 2026, requiring in-office work five days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Later's Strategy team to assist with the development of innovative influencer marketing strategies for current and prospective customers.
  • Assist in identifying creators aligned with customer goals and present recommendations to clients.
  • Assist the Strategy team in developing proposal presentations that will be used for both current customers and future clients.
  • Assist the strategy team by developing best-in-class templates and playbooks to standardize and enhance influencer marketing strategies.
  • Gain hands-on experience in setting up and managing influencer marketing campaigns within the Later Influence platform.
  • Analyze campaign performance and contribute to data-driven strategy recommendations.
  • Work alongside the Strategy team to brainstorm creative ideas for influencer marketing campaigns and develop proposals for clients.
  • Provide strategic support across partners and customers as needed, contributing to various projects that advance Later's influencer marketing expertise.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Passion for influencer marketing, social media, and entrepreneurship.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Extremely organized and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and manage priorities effectively.
  • Scrappy can-do approach to making things happen regardless of challenges.
