Job Description

About the Role

The Innovation & Automation Supervisor at Toyota is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the Customer Experience Document Services project. This role involves leading Agile teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and developing business capabilities to enhance servicing letters and forms. The position supports Toyota Financial Services' objective to deliver innovative customer experiences through strategic project management and technical leadership within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and communicate timely project updates in collaboration with the team.
  • Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization.
  • Proactively seek input and collaboration with all stakeholders to gain buy-in for the strategy and roadmap.
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
  • Develop user experience goals, stories, and requirements to drive product specifications.
  • Identify and communicate with all impacted parties to ensure transparency.
  • Proactively identify and resolve impediments that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.
  • Coach and develop Innovation & Automation Specialists to support form/letter development content.
  • Support the development and implementation of new business capabilities, including documenting requirements, creating user stories, troubleshooting, testing, and training.

Requirements

  • Ability to build relationships with a broad internal and external audience.
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence across all levels of leadership.
  • Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
  • High school diploma with four years of relevant operations experience.

Nice to Have

  • Working knowledge of applications such as Adobe Experience Manager Interactive Communications, Jira, Confluence, qTest, Lucid.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Agile product management.
  • Kaizen/Process Improvement Project experience.
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital projects.
  • Additional Certifications: Scrum/Scrum Master certificate, Agile certification.
  • Bachelor's degree.
