Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support with a focus on refrigeration technologies, product selection assistance, written proposals, and order entry documents.
Work closely with District Sales Managers to support contractors, consulting engineers, and end users.
Provide efficient technical, commercial, and pricing support to field sales personnel and customers, leveraging knowledge of refrigeration systems.
Deliver commercial information relating to production lead times and schedules.
Develop and maintain working relationships with customers, business partners, and colleagues in sales, order management, price administration, product management, and engineering.
Organize opportunity support documentation to facilitate effective collaboration among the team and enhance customer support as projects evolve.
Pursue continuous personal development through training modules and on-the-job mentoring to broaden expertise in industrial refrigeration technologies.
Provide high-quality customer service when issues arise related to order management, quality concerns, pricing discrepancies, and product application support.

Requirements

A minimum of a technical Bachelor's degree (Engineering Degree highly preferred).
Proficiency with MS Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), internet software, and email.
