About the Role

Benchling is seeking a highly organized and strategic Integrated Campaigns Marketing Manager with a strong project management background to join their growing marketing team. The role involves planning, project-managing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand, generate leads, and support overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive integrated marketing campaign strategies aligned with business goals, target audience insights, and product launches.
  • Lead the end-to-end project management of integrated campaigns as well as other Marketing organization initiatives, from kickoff to post-campaign analysis.
  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows. Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure all deliverables are met on time and within budget. Proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Define campaign scope, objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and target metrics. Recommend and implement optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Own and optimize business operations across Marketing functions to ensure efficiency, scalability, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Foster strong collaboration with internal teams and external agencies/vendors.
  • Establish, track, and report on key performance metrics for strategic initiatives.
  • Drive operational rhythm, including quarterly business reviews, goal-setting cycles (OKRs), budget management, and planning processes.
  • Identify gaps and develop improvement opportunities in processes and implement systems, tools, or workflows to improve organizational performance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in integrated campaigns, operations, business strategy, or program management in high-growth, dynamic, or matrixed organizations, with a significant focus on managing complex projects.
  • Proven strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects from ideation to completion, demonstrating expertise in project lifecycle management.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to align senior leaders on key projects and business decisions.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into concise narratives for executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience using project management and AI tools to organize and track tasks.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and modern operations and productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with various marketing channels and tactics.
  • A self-starter with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree required. MBA or advanced degree in marketing, business, strategy, or organizational leadership is a plus.
