About the Role

Crawford Group is seeking an Integrated Marketing Strategist with PR & Conference Expertise to provide project-based support for their client's go-to-market team. The role involves leading initiatives for innovative B2B technology solutions, focusing on AI-powered business process optimization and enterprise transformation. The strategist will develop messaging frameworks, pitch media stories, and execute conference marketing strategies to position the client as a thought leader in AI-driven business transformation within a fast-paced, business-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated marketing strategy development for two key B2B technology offerings: AI-powered workflow automation for creative processes and content supply chain, and transformational commerce.
  • Develop compelling case studies that demonstrate real-world impact and ROI of client's technology solutions.
  • Create point-of-view (POV) content that establishes market positioning and thought leadership for emerging solutions.
  • Craft partnership narratives showcasing the capabilities of global consulting expertise with leading creative software platforms featuring generative AI, content management, and digital experience tools.
  • Position the client as first to showcase new AI technology capabilities.
  • Create techniques and tactics to introduce new solutions to market.
  • Target sectors such as industrial products and life sciences, focusing on creative directors and senior creatives.
  • Transform client's technical consulting solutions into compelling market narratives that avoid 'consulting language.'
  • Build relationships with creative directors and senior-level creatives dealing with brand consistency and compliance challenges.
  • Create sneak peek and preview campaigns for new solutions.
  • Develop narratives demonstrating how AI solutions reduce lengthy legal review processes.
  • Collaborate with the client's go-to-market team, business analysts, solution delivery teams, and sales teams to support pipeline development.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of integrated marketing experience in B2B technology or professional services with a focus on technology partnerships.
  • Experience includes PR execution, media relations, and conference marketing in corporate in-house or external agency environments.
  • Proven ability to articulate complex technology partnerships between consulting firms and creative software platforms with AI capabilities.
  • Experience developing case studies for complex B2B technology implementations with measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to create POV content that establishes market leadership in emerging technology categories.
  • Experience introducing new solutions that require market education and demand creation.
  • Understanding of creative workflow automation and content supply chain.
  • Experience positioning clients as first to showcase new technology applications.
  • Hands-on experience developing conference marketing strategies and creating compelling presentation narratives.
  • Strong storytelling and narrative development skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered business process optimization and enterprise software ecosystems.
  • Experience working with senior executives and in partnership/alliance marketing programs.
  • Experience marketing to creative directors and senior-level creatives.

Qualifications
