Job Description

About the Role

This is an additional new headcount within our North America Campaign Hub Team - the “execution engine” for multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns at Sage. As an Integrated Marketing Campaign Manager, you'll partner and collaborate with Performance Marketing Managers - taking in campaign goals, providing guidance and strategic direction, refining them into actionable plans, and driving execution across email, webinars, web, events, and associations. This hands-on role is focused on execution strategy and delivery, ensuring campaigns are scoped, prioritized, optimized, and delivered consistently across channels. Working closely with cross-functional teams (content, creative, automation, events), you'll keep projects on track, align stakeholders, and deliver campaigns that are scalable, reliable, and impactful. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, and enjoy orchestrating complex marketing programs across multiple teams, this is your next opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of B2B marketing campaigns supporting Sage's North America portfolio for your assigned segment.
  • Serve as the central strategic and coordination point for campaign requests, prioritizing projects based on commercial value and business impact.
  • Build and maintain campaign timelines and roadmaps, aligning activities across functions including web, content, email, webinars, field marketing, social, and media.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple functions, including marketing, sales, shared services, and global teams—ensuring clarity on timelines, deliverables, and progress updates.
  • Oversee project management processes and resource prioritization to ensure campaign work is delivered on time and on budget.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance and KPIs, ensuring marketing outcomes contribute to commercial targets.
  • Constructively challenge and push back when needed to maintain quality, manage capacity, and ensure alignment with broader marketing objectives.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience strategizing, planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns across email, webinars, trade shows/events, associations, digital/web.
  • Proven ability to take high-level marketing goals and refine them into actionable, channel-specific campaign strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like Workfront, Jira, or similar.
  • Confident managing stakeholder relationships: setting clear expectations, aligning on priorities, and negotiating timelines.
  • Known for clear communication, structured organization, and the ability to keep complex campaigns on track across multiple teams.
  • Able to demonstrate examples of end-to-end campaign strategies you've developed and executed that delivered measurable business impact.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing channels and strategies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in marketing campaign strategy, planning, and execution

  • 18 weeks of paid parental leave (offered after 1 year)
  • Work Away Program: Work from another country for up to 10 weeks
