Integrated Project Team Lead

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and deliver programs in support of Hypersonic Testing systems.
• Work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting.
• Assist with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft Project.
• Interact regularly with SMEs, Mission Partners, Chief Engineers, Subcontractors, Vendors, and Program Management.
• Communicate effectively to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets quality standards.
• Help develop and maintain program strategy.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a project management role.
• 2+ years of experience managing subcontractors through Statement of Work execution.
• Experience with planning project resources to build and manage project delivery.
• Experience managing highly technical mechanical, hardware, or facility projects.
• Ability to function independently as a self-starter and manage work efficiently.
• Ability to manage project scope and schedule for all elements of a project.
• Ability to identify, manage, and communicate project risks.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with program leadership and stakeholders to drive delivery of scheduled milestones.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with suppliers and managing product delivery to requirements.
• Experience using Microsoft Project to build and manage project delivery schedules.
• Knowledge of 3D CAD design software, such as SolidWorks.
• Ability to assist in managing the project budget for all elements of a project.
• Master's degree in Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
