Key Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience supporting business analytics, revenue management, strategy, data science, and fan insights for the Minnesota Twins.
Contribute to projects including business intelligence, forecasting, pricing, data visualization, strategy development, opportunity assessments, market research, fan insights, benchmarking, and planning.
Use programming (Python or R), SQL, data visualization platforms, and analytical tools to solve real-world business problems and create impactful presentations, recommendations, reports, and dashboards.
Work collaboratively with the Business Strategy & Analytics team and cross-functional partners from a variety of business verticals.

Requirements

College student or recent college graduate.
Coursework or practical experience in data science, analytics, statistics, mathematics, business administration, corporate strategy, or research methodologies.
Experience and/or proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (such as Tableau or Power BI) is highly desirable.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite is required.

Nice to Have

General understanding of sales operations, event ticketing, and market/fan research.

Qualifications

College student or recent college graduate.

Benefits & Perks

Hourly rate of $18.00/hour.
Time commitment from February 2026 to October 2026.
40 hours/week.
