About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of BMW's electric vehicle portfolio, including the roll-out, operations, and performance management of public charging services and home charging solutions.
• Assist in supporting national sales, marketing strategies, and educational efforts to drive EV adoption.
• Contribute to business development and product management activities related to electromobility and charging solutions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master's degree program at an accredited college or university.
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Have completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application.
• Field of study: Business Management, Marketing, Economics.
• Ability to work part-time (20-29 hours/week).
• Proficient with Data Analysis tools including PowerBI and Tableau Analytics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
• Excellent time-management, organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).

Nice to Have

• Prior BMW Group experience (applicable to international J1 students only).
• Experience in Business Development, Management Consulting, Marketing, Business Analysis, or Corporate Strategy.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Program (preferred).

• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Completed at least 60 college credit hours.
