About the Role

Lucca provides HRIS SaaS solutions to boost employee efficiency and engagement. We address the main areas of administrative and HR management: time and activities, annual reviews, employee pulse surveys, expense reports, etc. Our products are used by over a million people across various businesses, including upscale hotel chains, surf brands, and rapidly expanding international companies. Key Responsibilities

Develop deep expertise in local regulations related to Lucca's solutions and stay regularly updated.
Challenge existing deployment methods to better incorporate local expectations.
Create, adapt, and maintain internal (consultants) and external (client) assets for all solutions in French, English, and German, in collaboration with the Localization team.
Serve as a liaison between local CS teams and the Product teams at HQ, highlighting market-specific needs, analyzing field feedback and data, and proposing concrete action plans.
Create tailored training materials for the Swiss and German markets and deliver training sessions with support from experienced CS team members.
Provide level 1 technical support to clients alongside the CS teams to enhance operational capabilities.
Collaborate with other Product Specialists to ensure consistency in deployment processes and knowledge sharing.
Participate actively in team rituals to share best practices and address common challenges.
Contribute to continuous improvement by leading or supporting strategic departmental projects.

Requirements

Fluent in French and English (C1), and German (C2 minimum).
At least 3 years of international professional experience, including consulting or project management.
Master's degree.
Rigorous and experienced in managing complex, cross-functional internal projects.
Comfortable interacting with a variety of internal stakeholders.
Autonomous and proactive.
Strong writing, communication, and synthesis skills.
Solid analytical skills.
Curious and pedagogical.
Comfortable with frequent international travel, mainly to Geneva and Munich.

Nice to Have

Experience working in international environments.
Knowledge of HRIS solutions or SaaS products.
Experience in training or technical support roles.

Qualifications

Master's degree.
At least 3 years of international professional experience.
