About the Role

The Intranet Content Specialist will support the launch and management of a new intranet platform by creating and migrating content, advising on site design, and ensuring usability. This role involves working closely with Communications & Marketing and various business units to facilitate a smooth transition to the new CMS, Staffbase, in a remote contract capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with business unit site owners and contributors to identify and migrate relevant content from the current intranet to the new platform.
Advise stakeholders on optimal site structure and layout options to improve user experience.
Assist with building and formatting pages in Staffbase to ensure consistency and usability.
Work closely with Communications & Marketing and other business unit team members to deliver a smooth transition.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of related professional experience.
At least 1 year of communications experience writing for the web.
Hands-on experience with content management systems, with Staffbase strongly preferred.
Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
