Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with ISC Subject Matter Experts globally to design, develop, and enhance engaging technical learning content using Articulate or equivalent software.
  • Partner with ISC functions, HR, and Organization Talent & Transformation to create multi-mode, asynchronous and synchronous learning series targeting key Rockwell and ISC Skills, curating materials using Rockwell's library of content.
  • Equip and support SMEs with adult learning and facilitation skills, co-facilitate live virtual sessions while supporting the learner.
  • Promote an ISCWFD continuous improvement culture for products and services, including collecting user feedback, advising on industry talent and development best practices, evaluating skills data with HR to identify and close gaps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
  • Solid knowledge and demonstrated application of adult learning and instructional design methods
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering/science, or human resources
  • 5+ years of work experience in Industrial Automation in Projects or Training development/delivery
  • Instructional Design experience working with global SMEs in an industry setting
  • Prior experience with Articulate
  • Data analysis and report generation skills
  • Experience utilizing A.I. or Co-pilot technologies to create training efficiencies
  • Passion for learning and development
  • A growth mindset biased towards execution
