About the Role

A global chemical manufacturing company is seeking 2 IT Project Managers to join their PMO team. These PMs will be responsible for managing a variety of projects, likely between 4-6 projects at a time relating to IT Infrastructure, Network, and Systems. The role involves working with third-party vendors, liaising with application and hardware owners, and coordinating with site personnel at multiple plants. The position requires onsite work four days a week in the Spring/Woodlands, TX area, with Fridays remote. Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of 4-6 IT projects simultaneously, including network upgrades, server and storage replacements, and software upgrades.
Work with third-party IT vendors to execute technical tasks and ensure project deliverables are met.
Liaise with application and hardware owners, site personnel, and technology vendors to coordinate project activities.
Oversee end-to-end management of global projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Track project budgets, milestones, and forecasts, ensuring financial accuracy and adherence to plans.
Communicate effectively across multiple lines of business and manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.

Requirements

5-10+ years of IT Project Management experience, including hardware and software projects.
Experience managing projects related to network upgrades (routers, switches, wireless access points), server/storage upgrades, and software upgrades.
Experience working with third-party service providers and vendors on technical tasks.
Strong financial skills related to budget tracking, forecasting, and project milestones.
PMP or related certification, with understanding of CapEx vs OpEx.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organization and communication skills.
OT / Plant Infrastructure experience.

Nice to Have

Experience managing global projects from end to end.

Qualifications

Relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP).
Experience in hardware and software project management.
