About the Role

The IT PMP SDLC Project Manager is responsible for planning, budgeting, overseeing, and documenting all aspects of specific projects within the company. This role may involve working independently or leading a team to ensure project completion on time and within budget. The position involves managing project activities related to the implementation of the Invoice Tracking System replacement project, including facilitating meetings, managing milestones and deliverables, handling change requests, risks, issues, project scope, and reporting. The role is based in Austin, TX, with a hybrid remote work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate project meetings and coordinate project activities.
Manage project milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
Identify and manage project risks and issues.
Track and control the project budget and scope.
Complete various project reports to ensure timely and under-budget project completion.

Requirements

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (proof may be requested).
Experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, and overseeing projects.
Ability to manage project milestones, scope, risks, and issues.
Strong communication skills.
Experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
Knowledge of Jira, Microsoft Word, Oracle, Java, SQL, and Data analytics.
