About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned IT Program Manager to lead complex infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives. Reporting to the Portfolio Delivery Lead under the CISO and VP of IT Infrastructure & Operations, this role is responsible for end-to-end program delivery, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement across multiple enterprise-level projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead programs through all SDLC phases: requirements, planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and transition.
  • Manage program and operational finances: budgeting, accruals, invoicing, and closeout.
  • Drive agility and process improvement across infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with infrastructure and application standards.
  • Oversee vendor performance, SOWs, and third-party dependencies.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and participate in governance meetings.
  • Accountable for end-to-end technical delivery across platforms and vendors.
  • Manage vendor relationships, costs, and escalations.
  • Ensure successful transition of solutions into operational support.
  • Own financial tracking for programs and infrastructure departments.
  • Support budget approvals, purchase orders, and financial reporting.
  • Present updates and insights to senior leadership and governance boards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business-related field.
  • 10+ years of IT program/project management experience.
  • 5+ years managing complex enterprise programs.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and application delivery.
  • Experience with Agile, CMMI, or similar frameworks.
  • PMP and/or Prince2 certification preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Expertise in enterprise-level program management and financial tracking.
  • Strong leadership in matrixed organizations and vendor ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and executive audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity, resolve conflicts, and drive results.
  • Deep understanding of operational processes (Incident, Change, Risk, etc.).

Qualifications
