About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple IT programs to ensure successful delivery aligned with organizational goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in program or project management within a technology or financial services environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience with fintech or auto finance industry.
• Certifications such as PMP or PgMP.
• Experience working in a hybrid or remote work environment.

• Bachelor's Degree required.
