About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for completion of testing ECI test plans and consolidation of all remediation plans
• Demonstrate the use of testing in various formats, including dependency chains, risk evaluation, risk mitigation strategies, and updated governance processes for remediation
• Incorporate all new processes and procedures into sustainable routines, including infrastructure management policies, restoral plans, business continuity standards, and process inventories to enable real-time environment restoration without vendor support

Requirements

• BS/BA Degree
• Project Management skills
• Experience with auditing and reporting procedures
• Developed communication and diplomacy skills to lead discussions and influence others
• Comfortable with ambiguous situations, capable of analyzing, simplifying, and collaborating to solve complex problems
• Strategic thinker, self-starter, organized, versatile, and capable of working with minimal management oversight
• Ability to connect dots and understand impacts across teams and areas within GTO
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

• Experience in the financial industry
• Experience managing large-scale testing and remediation projects
