The role involves managing high visibility solutions including WAN/LAN Enterprise projects, Cloud Enterprise projects, and Tier 4 Vendor-level engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple high visibility solutions including WAN/LAN Enterprise projects, Cloud Enterprise projects, and Tier 4 Vendor-level engineering solutions.
  • Use PMF and Agile methodologies to manage projects leveraging JIRA, ServiceNow, and other enterprise tools.
  • Oversee sprint planning, perform daily Agile scrum and other ceremonies, and maintain individual project schedules and forecasts.
  • Serve as programmatic liaison to the sponsor, maintaining enterprise sponsor contacts to ensure contractual compliance.
  • Collaborate with technical resources, engineering, developers, mission partners, and senior officers with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Formulate outcome and performance-based tasking leveraging program control systems including EVMS.
  • Provide technical and financial reports to document progress for the enterprise sponsor.
  • Manage and resolve project issues promptly to avoid negative impacts on budget or schedule.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the sponsor and management stakeholders.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition to identify, vet, interview, and hire required resources.
  • Manage program staff directly or through task order leads upon award.
  • Communicate deadlines, objectives, and assignments across stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and document program progress including implementation, timelines, issues, risks, quality, and success measures.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement a Program Management Plan supporting a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
  • Familiarity with Confluence for team collaboration and project management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 11 years' experience in program management or related fields.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant disciplines preferred.
  • Experience using PMF and Agile methodologies to manage projects.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, ServiceNow, and enterprise tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and tact in collaboration with technical and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with program control systems including EVMS.
  • Ability to provide technical and financial reports and resolve project issues promptly.
  • Autonomous approach with leadership capabilities.
  • Experience working with government projects is preferred.

Nice to Have

  • PMP, Agile, ITIL, or other related certifications.
  • Familiarity with service catalog, ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.
  • Expertise in the entire development system life cycle.
  • Interest and understanding of current and emerging technologies.
  • Experience creating and managing shared resource pools.
  • Experience working with the government.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 11 years' experience in relevant fields.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred.
