Key Responsibilities

  • Administer projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring they produce the required deliverables of quality within the specified constraints of time and cost, and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Coordinate internal resources, third parties, and vendors for the flawless execution of projects, while ensuring the delivery of all projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in the project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Manage relationships with all stakeholders, establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, and measure project performance using the appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Identify and assess risks, facilitate resolution to minimize project risks, and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in health services, life sciences, biomedical sciences, nursing, or clinical field depending on department needs.
  • Master's degree in public health, health care, business, or science related fields may be preferred.
  • Advanced working knowledge with project management software and Microsoft Office required.
  • At least three years of experience managing full life cycle projects desired.
  • Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM), Project Management Certification (PMP), or equivalent advanced training in project management preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in telecommunications implementations highly preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Project management certification (CAPM, PMP) or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of three years managing full life cycle projects

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary range of $32.50 - $52.00 per hour, starting at $32.50 and increasing with experience.
