About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor system projects and activities, including defining requirements, timelines, and estimated costs.
• Establish procedures and guidelines for policy compliance, assist in writing policies, and monitor implementation.
• Define system security requirements for applications, manage development and maintenance of internal security applications such as Workspace, CrowdStrike, Chronicle, and Absolute.
• Oversee access controls and maintain data integrity.
• Develop documentation standards and provide technical development information to the IT Division.
• Manage project compliance and audits.
• Lead continuous improvement reviews for response and recovery.
• Manage third-party risk management programs and collaborate with procurement working group.
• Supervise assigned staff.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in project management, including management and development of project requirements, design, testing, training, and full-scale implementation.
• 12 months of experience in budgeting and calculating cost projections of programs or projects.
• Or successful completion of 2 years of post-secondary education in business administration, public administration, computer science/information technology, social science, or health, with relevant project experience.
• Or an equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment as noted.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in project management or
• 2 years of post-secondary education in relevant fields with project experience
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
