IT Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in a matrix organization of skilled architect, engineers, and business partners
• Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives

Requirements

• Background/education in technology (Bachelor's degree) and the software development lifecycle
• A talented and highly motivated program manager who is hands on and can lead major projects
• Comfortable working with tech execs and delegates to influence and escalate as necessary to meet target dates and mitigate risks
• Management consulting background or history of solving unique challenges to managing large programs
• Hands on experience putting together trending on progress via several systems
• Excel Formulas, Pivoting, Lookups
• PowerPoint presentation skills to senior leaders
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with local and remote co-workers in a fast paced environment

Nice to Have

• Global markets, Risk, Finance or Treasury technology experience

Qualifications

• Experience working directly as Genesis10 employees is required
• Candidates should have the qualifications and skills outlined in the requirements
