About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Determine, negotiate, and sign-off on in-house business systems and software quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
• Assess business requirements and ensure they are correctly translated into functional use cases and test cases.
• Set QA service level standards for all types of issues by severity and response requirements.
• Specify quality requirements for integrated solutions utilized in online global money transfer domain.
• Investigate high severity incidents identified by the team, summarizing lessons learned and best practices to engineering leaders.
• Ensure development processes for internal products and customer-facing environments conform to high quality standards.
• Work with project stakeholders to establish processes, standards, and systems.
• Compile management and technical reports for internal and public-facing partner systems.
• Determine resource capacity, retention, and training needs of systems and quality teams.
• Participate in daily Scrum meetings and Sprint planning meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering (Any) or related field.
