IT Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the workstream development, implementation, and coordination of command center operations and technology systems.
• Maintain project workstream timeframes, budgeting estimates, and workstream status reports.
• Develop roadmaps and schedules, and track progress using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, M&A Accelerator, Clarity, and Planview.
• Schedule and facilitate discussions, track minutes, and conduct risk assessments for projects.
• Establish and maintain the project's RAID log.
• Identify and organize working sessions necessary to meet project goals and drive progress.
• Identify project goals, needs, and scope.
• Plan, monitor, control, and document tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all tasks, deliverables, and project materials are delivered promptly and report delays in a timely fashion.
• Manage resources necessary for project execution in conjunction with program management and delivery leadership.
• Foster effective communication and meetings with stakeholders concerning project status.
• Foresee and eliminate blockers and potential risks strategically.
• Work effectively with Program Manager and leads to deliver project goals and objectives.
• Document each step of the process using various project management tools.
• Ensure top-quality results and success for the project.

Requirements

• Experience managing project workstreams, schedules, and budgets.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, M&A Accelerator, Clarity, and Planview.
• Ability to develop and track project roadmaps and schedules.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and managing RAID logs.
• Ability to identify blockers and risks and implement strategic solutions.
• Experience in coordinating and facilitating project meetings and working sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management within a technical or command center environment.
• Proficiency with multiple project management tools.
