IT Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of digital solutions in an Agile environment.
• Work closely with clients to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Guide the Agile development of a project roadmap.
• Establish project milestones and implement metrics to track progress.
• Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and delivery of IT projects.
• Help lead a team and work independently with minimal direction.
• Anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with IT project management.
• Experience planning, scheduling, coordinating, and delivering IT projects.
• Experience developing program baselines and identifying program risks.
• Knowledge of technical concepts, best practices, and developing client solutions.
• Ability to work independently and help lead a team.
• Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice to Have

• Experience with performance management improvement in support of IT governance.
• Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance management to ensure projects support appropriate risk standards and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of vendor management to ensure vendors, contracts, and Service Level Agreements are aligned.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Scrum Master, Agile Practitioner, Agile Project Delivery Management (APM), or Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt Certification.

• Salary range from $86,800 to $198,000 annually.
