Key Responsibilities

Oversees various, highly-complex system projects, usually within an individual business unit.
Assembles project teams, assigns responsibilities, and identifies resources needed.
Develops project schedules to ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed on time.
Directs and monitors the work of team members, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Monitors project progress and results.
May lead subordinate personnel and coordinate personnel activities.

Requirements

8+ years of related project management experience required; 15+ years preferred.
Project management skills including planning, scheduling, coaching, resource identification, and budgeting.
Proficiency in IT Project/Work database, MS Office, MS Project, and SAP.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Substation Automation experience required.
Infrastructure Project Management experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Nice to Have

Experience with infrastructure project management.
Additional certifications or experience in related technical fields.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related fields.
Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
