About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating and tracking the IT Project Portfolio of IT projects in ServiceNow.
• Manage medium complexity work efforts and oversee projects comprised of multiple deliverables, including delegation and coordination of tasks.
• Create and manage the integrated project plan, execute the project plan, conduct project status meetings, manage scope changes, and track/mitigate risks and issues.
• Negotiate with internal and external project teams.
• Manage scope, resources, timelines, costs/budget, quality, communication, and procurements to meet project goals.
• Develop and execute training and education on standard project management requirements and methods.
• Facilitate project governance and reporting, and create models to improve business decisions.
• Coordinate efforts that include extensive changes to existing functionality or the implementation of new applications and/or technology.

Requirements

• PMP certification.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager leading large enterprise IT projects.
• Strong ability to facilitate meetings with cross-functional (technical and business users) teams.
• High proficiency using Microsoft Project and ServiceNow to create and update project schedules.
• Analytical ability to understand user requirements and translate them into technical terms to develop quantitative status reports.
• Experience providing project updates to stakeholders and technology leadership.
• Proper email communication only to and from @astyra.com email addresses.

• Project Manager experience: 3 years (Required)
• Microsoft Project experience: 3 years (Required)
• ServiceNow experience: 3 years (Required)
• PMP certification (Required)
