IT - Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Manage and oversee project budgets, including forecasting, cost planning, and financial tracking.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Manage external vendors and ensure vendor deliverables meet project requirements.
• Lead large-scale projects within a cross-functional team environment, ensuring collaboration and alignment.
• Apply Agile frameworks and practices to project management processes.
• Navigate and lead through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Present project updates, strategies, and status reports to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience leading and managing technology projects.
• 4-6 years of experience in financial oversight, including budget forecasting and cost planning.
• 4-6 years of experience managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
• 4-6 years of experience coordinating and managing external vendors.
• 4-6 years of experience managing large-scale projects within a cross-functional team environment.
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and practices.
• 4-6 years of experience managing financials within large, matrixed organizations.
• 4-6 years of experience presenting project updates and strategies to stakeholders and leadership.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
