Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Lead release planning and coordinate QA/Production deployments
- Manage cross-team dependencies and risk
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth release cycles
- Track and communicate progress using Agile tools like Confluence
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience with Agile & Scrum frameworks
- Experience with release planning and coordination
- Proficiency with Confluence
- Cross-functional team coordination skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Nice to Have
- DevOps exposure
- Experience with ServiceNow
Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent)
