The Journey Manager, Experience, Design and Analytics (XDA) role is responsible for leading the analysis, design, and implementation of seamless and effective Advisor and Client journeys across all touchpoints and channels within UBS's Wealth Management division. Reporting to the Practice Head of Design Operations and Strategy for Wealth Management Americas, this position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the user experience, increase engagement, and drive business outcomes by understanding customer behavior, pain points, and preferences.
