As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Junior Project Manager to support cross-functional projects and help turn ideas into impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and documentation
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and status updates
Monitor project timelines and deliverables, identifying any delays or issues
Help prepare agendas, notes, and updates for project meetings
Track tasks, milestones, and responsibilities across multiple projects
Support the communication of progress and risks to stakeholders
Maintain organization of project documentation and tools
Participate in post-project reviews and contribute ideas for process improvement

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
1-3 years of project coordination or administrative experience (internships or entry-level roles included)
Basic understanding of project management principles and tools
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities
A collaborative mindset and a desire to learn and grow in a team environment
Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar is a plus
