About the Role

The Junior Social Media Manager at VML will support the management of the client's social media channels and day-to-day community management. The role involves interacting with audiences on social media and content platforms, creating conversations with positive sentiment, and collaborating with creative and media teams to develop strategies and content. Key Responsibilities

Managing content calendars and scheduling content in the content management tool.
Proactively finding new conversations and opportunities for the brand on social media.
Managing comments on posts, monitoring brand sentiment, responding to direct messages, and escalating issues as needed.
Identifying influencers and creators that align with the brand and working with them to create content.
Using platform insights and social media tools to generate regular reports and analyze content performance.

Requirements

Experience in managing social media content and community engagement.
Ability to monitor brand sentiment and respond appropriately.
Skills in identifying and collaborating with influencers and content creators.
Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.
Strong communication and community management skills.
