Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior team members in framing problems and defining strategic objectives.
  • Conduct foundational research into the client's business, market, and competitive landscape to identify challenges and opportunities.
  • Help align client goals with project deliverables to support strategic impact.
  • Contribute to insights that inform campaign strategy and creative ideation.
  • Participate in brainstorms and working sessions to shape ideas and ensure they ladder up to strategic goals.
  • Support the development of materials for internal and client-facing presentations, including written and visual deliverables.
  • Assist in crafting narratives and building decks to support campaign storytelling.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to help maintain strategic alignment throughout project execution.

Requirements

  • Foundational understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with campaign development fundamentals, including audience targeting and messaging.
  • Interest in learning how to develop strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Some exposure to qualitative or quantitative research methods, with a desire to build analytical skills.
  • Ability to support storytelling efforts and contribute to narrative development.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when supporting project documentation and deliverables.
  • Enthusiasm for emerging trends in media, culture, and digital ecosystems.
  • Willingness to learn how to evaluate campaign performance and optimize future strategy.
