Key Responsibilities

Analyze user requirements and create documents to communicate between business users and the development team.
Work primarily as a business analyst and communicate with the system development team.
Include some traditional user interface and application module management.
Monitor and test for new development.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in IT and/or MIS related discipline.
Bilingual in English and Korean: Must be able to read, write, and speak in both languages.
Must have system analysis ability and knowledge of system interface including XML.
Knowledge in generating system and business process documentation.
Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritizing, and time management skills.
Effective interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with co-workers and staff.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, to convey information clearly and concisely.

Nice to Have

1+ year of business process analysis experience.
Sales or logistics experience related to e-Commerce systems.
Knowledge of ERP, logistics, and supply chain-related processes.
Basic knowledge of SQL and web system management.
Proven ability to multi-task and handle multiple clients across different divisions.
Retail or e-Commerce experience or an internship within e-Commerce.
