  • Troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks and communicate progress/status updates to all relevant teams.
  • Coordinate with content creators, designers, and data teams to ensure campaign content is accurate, on-brand, and optimized for both email and mobile platforms.
  • Review and proofread email and mobile messages for clarity, correctness, and compliance with organizational and legal requirements.
  • Support segmentation and personalization efforts by coordinating data inputs and segmentation lists for targeted messaging.
  • Collaborate with creative and data teams to optimize user experience across channels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by team and divisional leadership to support broader initiatives and organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with project management tools, preferably Monday.com, JIRA or comparable platforms.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Exceptional grammar, style, and attention to detail across all written materials.

  • Must be available to work on weekends and after hours as needed to support emergency response campaigns.
  • Professional proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working within nonprofit or mission-driven organizations.
  • Familiarity with email marketing best practices, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM compliance.
  • Familiarity with email service providers (ESPs) and mobile messaging platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Knowledge of mobile marketing platforms and SMS best practices.
  • Experience working with external agencies or vendors in a marketing capacity.
  • Basic understanding of fundraising and donor engagement strategies.
