Lead Cybersecurity Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and leads complex technical project plans to deploy critical cybersecurity controls into production to strengthen our stance against threats and improve the overall security posture.
• Provide comprehensive executive communications, including status of operational metrics, budgets, program achievements and risks associated with project matriculation.
• Direct and manage leadership escalations to overcome roadblocks.
• Foster trusted relationships across organizations with technical leads, operations teams, network engineering and application owners.
• Develop policies and procedures to support onboarding, deployments, and lifecycle risk reduction processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or Cyber Security preferred.
• 5-8 years' experience in cybersecurity and managing complex cybersecurity projects and programs.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong communications and collaboration skills to work across teams and adapt security measures as needed.
• Detail oriented, problem-solving, strategic thinking.
• Experience in Excel, Power BI, API/BOT automations, data visualization such as Grafana, Power BI.
• Use of analytical techniques and professional judgment based on strong technical understanding and cybersecurity experience to solve complex problems.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or similar preferred.

Qualifications
