About the Role

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. The role involves shaping the digital customer experience by enhancing customer journeys, optimizing key web pages, and driving engagement to achieve business objectives. The candidate will leverage strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement, execute data-driven optimizations, and ensure seamless integration across digital initiatives. The position is based in Dallas, Texas, with a salary range of $143,800.00 - $215,800.00, and offers comprehensive benefits including health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, parental leave, and various wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individual page strategies for 20+ key pages, ensuring alignment with overall engagement goals.
  • Prioritize pages based on customer impact, traffic, and business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of each page strategy, adjusting as needed.
  • Continuously gather and analyze feedback from customers regarding their journey on the site.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track customer behavior, identify pain points, and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Create detailed reports on customer journey findings and present them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and propose innovative ideas to test ways to optimize pages and improve the customer journey.
  • Design and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experimentation methodologies to validate hypotheses.
  • Analyze test results to derive actionable insights and implement winning variations.
  • Establish strong working relationships with SEO, Conversion, CTX, Product Management, Research, and additional relevant teams.
  • Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and execution plans.
  • Work with content creators to develop high-quality, engaging, and relevant content that aligns with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure page content is optimized for search engines, improving visibility and organic traffic.
  • Use key performance indicators such as Click thru Rate, Bounce Rate, Exit Rate, scroll depth, etc. to measure the success of page strategies and optimizations.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to track and report on performance metrics regularly.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and results to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure transparency in the decision-making process and maintain open lines of communication across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (6+ years) in digital marketing, ecommerce, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analytics tools like Adobe Analytics.
  • Strategic thinking with tactical execution ability.
  • Familiarity with SEO, A/B testing, and content management best practices.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Executive presence with the ability to communicate concisely.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite.
