The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, U.S. Consumer Banking, and marketing programs across various channels. The U.S. Consumer Marketing team focuses on creating and delivering world-class marketing to drive demand and engagement across the customer lifecycle. The Senior Analyst, Savings Marketing - Acquisition, will join a Deposits Marketing team focused on expanding relationships through new savings account acquisitions, developing marketing strategies, and collaborating across teams to execute campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with multiple teams across the enterprise, including product, marketing, legal, compliance, risk, and external agencies, to develop innovative marketing campaign plans with clear test & learn strategies across channels such as email, web, mobile, and paid search.
  • Partner with marketing execution, operations, and data science teams to design segmentation and deploy on-time, compliant campaigns, leading testing, proofing, and launches.
  • Lead internal communications to enable greater speed and agility and improve the experience of marketers and broader teams.
  • Lead forecasting (R&O), analysis, measurement, and reporting of campaign, channel, and business performance versus forecast, proactively identifying key trends to inform future campaigns.

Requirements

  • Passionate, data-driven marketer with the ability to understand and translate data into actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Strong marketing know-how with experience implementing marketing plans across channels in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator capable of working with diverse cross-functional teams.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills to lead complex, interdependent initiatives and keep workstreams on track.
  • Creative problem solver with a bias for action and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Comfortable working in white space and creating structure from unknowns.
  • Experience leading Forecasting (R&O) is a plus.
  • Strategy and campaign oversight experience on Email and Direct Mail is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
